I had a great experience with this dealership. The process was smooth from start to finish, and everything was handled professionally. I purchased a 2011 BMW 328i and felt like I was treated fairly throughout the entire deal. Toshi, the salesperson I worked with, was especially helpful and easy to talk to. He answered my questions, didn’t pressure me, and made sure I understood everything before moving forward. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend this dealership to others.
