4/5 stars. ***Descriptive review *** Communication was off from the beginning, some days I wouldn’t hear from the salesman. After going in person, I saw it was a smaller dealership with only one guy juggling the customers so it made more sense. It’s a small dealership so you gotta take that into consideration but the guy Max was cool to talk to and was very helpful in person, over the phone and text you might get lost in messages due to the busy foottraffic, so plan on calling a couple times occasionally. Buying process was smooth, truck was nice and drove it just about an hour home and was good. Only complaint that got them 4 out of 5 stars was the gas being on E. I was in a rush to leave and didn’t mention anything about it but this is the only vehicle I’ve bought without half a tank of gas or even filled up.

I have no complaints. Max was amazing and very knowledgeable and helpful with our purchase and I will recommend him and Picasso to my friends and family or anyone looking for a reliable vehicle. Thank you again.

Picked up a truck this week. The same day I drove it off the lot, not even within the hour, the check engine soon light came on. Took it to the shop the next day and it had repairs needed costing more than what I paid for the truck itself. Seeking a solution and waiting to hear back from the dealership. UPDATE - Picasso took the car back and will service the car for the issues that came up right after purchase. Still waiting on results of the service but they have been good to work with to get this fixed.

So glad to have gotten an email from Carfax, about the availability of the Car of my dreams, at Picasso Imports... It progressed from an email to in my garage in three short days. Max couldn't have been better to work with; efficient, pleasant, and obviously genuinely caring. Especially appreciated since I have had negative experiences in the past at other Dealers' businesses. Great selection, and variety of vehicles, from economy international makes through high-end and classic vehicles. Highly recommend!
